Please be aware that because the products are hand made in small batches, there can be small variations in the colour, texture or scent between two of the same products. If you have any questions, please contact us.

If your product is damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@naturallygrownhealth.co.uk within 3 days of receiving your items and provide the following information- your name, order reference, which product it is, a description of the problem, along with some pictures of it. You will receive a response to your email within two working days and we will advise you of the next steps.

 

If you have placed an order but have changed your mind and no longer want it, you have up to 14 days from receiving the items to cancel your purchase and still receive a full refund as long as the items have not been used, damaged or tampered with.
