FREQUENT

questions

  • What does a Registered Nutritional Therapist mean?
As a Registered Nutritional Therapist, i have been trained in an evidenced based approach to improving my clients health through nutrition and lifestyle changes in a safe and effective way. It means that I have successfully completed an accredited training course and I meet the standards required to call myself a Nutritional Therapist.
  • What is a Health Coach?
As a Health Coach I can help my clients to be clear on what they want and then stay motivated to achieve that. I have developed the skills to really listen to my clients and be curious and non judgmental whilst knowing how to encourage them to keep moving forward. Telling someone to do or not do something is not enough! My clients get the results they want because I combine Nutritional Therapy with Health Coaching.
  • Do I need to come to a clinic to see you?
No. Other than my face to face workshops, everything I offer is online. This saves you time and petrol costs! And it means that you do not need to live in Worcestershire to work with me. When you sign up to a one to one or group programme, you are given your own secure access to an online system. We use this to send emails and documents to each other. It is easy to use and you just need internet access, so it works well even if you are travelling for work or sat somewhere waiting for your children!
  • I am taking prescribed medication. Does that mean that I can’t work with you?
That is no problem . I am trained to take in to account prescription medication and other factors when I create your nutrition and lifestyle plan.
  • I’m not sure if you can help with my health condition/concerns, can I talk to you first?
Absolutely. Click here to book a slot in my diary for a 30 minute health and energy review and lets take it from there.
