My signature programme is designed for Women who are struggling with the skin problems that the Perimenopause (and Menopause) throw at us.

  • Being clear on what is causing your perimenopausal skin problems (P.S its more than just hormones) and what to do about them

  • Sessions with and support from me

  • Understanding what your skin actually needs rather than fighting it

  • Using natural skincare and body care and a simple regime that supports and nourishes your skin.

FAQ's

How does it work?

The programme is delivered via a mixture of one to one sessions with Amy (online via zoom), written information and guidance, short videos, health coaching tools and techniques and practical guidance to help you such as meal planning and recipes.

Will I have to follow a specific meal plan?

No. I help you to understand what your skin needs and I will give you recipe suggestions for meals that are full of skin boosting nutrients but there will not be a strict plan or recipes that you have to follow.

Does the programme include your skincare products and supplements that I might need?

No. Each client requires something different when it comes to skincare and supplements because it depends on what your symptoms are – it is not a one size fits all, however you will receive a discount to use on both my skincare range and on practitioner quality supplements.

How does this work with HRT?

The programme easily works alongside any other treatment or care that you are receiving including a HRT prescription. This is part of my professional standards as a registered Nutritional Therapist.   

Can I have a chat with you about it first?

Absolutely- I ask everyone to book their complimentary call with me first so we can have a chat and make sure that this is the right option for them.

 

How is this different to your 12 week skin deep programmes?

The 12 week programme is for long term diagnosed skin conditions like acne, rosacea, eczema and psoriasis, where we need to delve deeply in to issues such as gut health and digestion, detoxification and inflammation. These issues form part in all of my skin programmes, but are looked at in a very personalised and in depth way in the 12 week programme. You have a consultation (with coaching) with me every two weeks so there is a high level of support and accountability.  

The 8 week Peri skin programme is about tackling the skin issues that appear specifically during the perimenopause years.  You still have access to my knowledge, experience and resources including some 1-1 consultations with me so that I can understand how you are struggling and support you.
